H 152 + 252 + 130 = 534 Health
A 5 + 0 + 5 = 10% All Accuracy
D 0 + 10 + 10 = 20% All Damage
R 7 + 9 + 0 = 16% All Resist
C 10 + 10 + 0 = 20 Crit
B 0 + 10 + 30 = 40 Block
Dragonblade (35%), Frozen Armor (185x Pip), Storm Lord (775 + Stun)

So combined with the wand, you get 40 Crit and 80 Block for all schools.
